Asgard's Wrath 2 Redemption - multiple devices

For Christmas this year, my three children have each received a Quest 3. As we are coming from a shared family device, the Quest 2, all 3 devices were set up using the original shared account. We then created new individual Meta accounts for each of them, and their new individual accounts were added as secondary accounts on the devices.

As a result, it seems that the 3 emails with Asgard's Wrath 2 redemption links were sent to the main family email address associated with the original Quest 2.

When they log into Meta and attempt to use the redemption link, it does not appear possible for them to redeem the game.

Please explain how they can redeem the games for their new devices with their new accounts.
