Asgard's Wrath 2 Save Gone

Hi,

My 15ish hour save game just disappeared. I accidentally 100% filled up my quest 3 (recorded video, games etc), the OS started crashing and I had to use sidequest to delete my videos. After that everything was fine except when I booted up AW2, the shaders slow compiled and it started from the beginning. HELP

Hi there, @Jjcolo and @catherine.72! We know how shocked you must have been when you realized your Asgard's Wrath 2 game progress was lost. This is not the experience we want you to have. Is this the only game that you noticed having this issue? We would like to have you confirm that Cloud Backup is enabled on your headset. If Cloud Backup is enabled and you are only having this issue with Asgard's Wrath 2, then we suggest contacting the developer, as this issue would need to be addressed at their level.

 

Lastly, we would suggest submitting a report through your headset regarding the app uninstalling itself from your game library. This can be located in your Quick Settings. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

I have the same problem but l only played around 2 hours. Put it on tonight and it has uninstalled itself. Come on Meta team what is going on? 

When is this going to be fixed.

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall ....not working.....now l have deleted my save and trying it again. Most annoying 😑

I’m having the same problem as @Jjcolo   but by quest 2 still has a lot of space free and it didn’t crash, the save was just gone.

I already tried contacting the developers but I’m not getting a response.

I have the same problem. I am much over 20 hours in to the game have already completed saga 2 and the internet went out and it just reset. It's trying to start me from the beginning of the game. I have plenty of storage on my VR.  What can I do?
