Asgard's Wrath 2 glitches in Temple of Osiris

On Asgard's Wrath 2, there are so

many glitches. I'm so frustrated. In

the temple of Osiris, in the royal

family room, the ball that goes in

the statutes hands won't move and

I cannot advance. I went through

everything already and it did not

save my progress, but made it so I

cannot reactivate the switch

needed to present the ball again. Also, the sheild did not present itself and I don't know how to get it. I've opened all the boxes... 

I'm new to gaming and I use it to

control my grief but I want to cry

now. A little help?

If you are sure you didn't miss something to get further - you can verify that by looking some youtube videos, there are o lot - it might be a bug.

Even though i could finish this part without issues.

So, if you have a bug there, you'll probably need to roll back your save game to re-play this part.

To do that, go in the game settings - credits....there can you roll back your save game.

Tysm. I did it snd it took awsy so much progress, but I am able to play through again. Hoping the same thing doesn't happen again. Tysm again for the help. 🫶
