my meta quest 3 512G won't play my Asgard's wrath 2, I have factory reset the headset twice and deleted and reinstaled the game three times to no avil, it just takes me to the tital page then just kickes no off the game , can enyone help ?

UpDate=> I tried to uninstall and reinstall with a full restart of phone and headset. and it finally loaded. It took roughly an hour for reinstalling it.

Hi there, @charlie.254187! You shouldn't have to be barred from experiencing this newest game drop, so we'd love to assist further! To begin with, could you let us know, are you able to launch Asgard's Wrath 2 from the Meta Quest mobile app instead of your headset? Also, is this the only game you're having trouble launching on your headset? And, have you ever been able to successfully launch this game before? Let us know and we can continue from there!

Hi MetaQuestSupport, I’ve been playing Wrath2 for a week or so now and have tried to load it today without success. The icon isn’t illuminated like my others and when I click on it it does nothing… I’ve seen that people are restarting the game but I’m way too far in the game to have to start again. Please advise of what I can do to carry on playing, thank you

Hi, thanks for getting back to me …. I thought that I had solved my issue after finding out that the game was uploading an update and that’s why I couldn’t play the game. Unfortunately it’s been uploading and installing for 8 hours now and still hasn’t completed. I’ll leave it over night and see if it’s finished in the morning, if not I’ll be back on here, haha

Hi, my problem wasn’t with the new download but with the game installation afterwards. After waiting an hour for it to install I eventually turned the headset off and on again and it then finished the installation for me so luckily I’m one of the few to be able to play the game.

I am having the same problems too. After waiting for the installation to happen, i just get a black screen with 3 white dots.
To add to that I still cant pair my headset to my phone for my account. I'm stuck at the 5 digit code screen... which is suppose to display on the headset but i cant find the codes
