Asgards Wrath 2 Redeem

I just got the Quest 3 and trying to redeem Asgards Wrath 2 but i don't see the pop up or the email?

I linked the Quest 3 to my account but nothing yet, only Buy and Share on the store page

the email might take some time....I think I received it 1 or 2 days after I activated the Quest 3.

But I had the pop up immediately.....

You can try to restart the Quest, if it still says you have to purchase the game after doing that, send a PM @MetaQuestSupport 

click on the name to visit their profile page, then click the "send a message" button.

They will help you getting the game.

Thanks for the advice! Nothing has popped up yet after 2 days and also reset the headset. I have dropped them a message. hopefully they can assist
