Asgards Wrath 2 stuck to the ground

I was playing asgards wrath 2 im pretty new but after Some time i couldnt move Now im Just glued to the ground van Anybody help me I Just reached the great sand thing

I see your problem......"glued to the ground" isn't very useful. 😅

First I would try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
With a little luck the game is working properly after that and you don't lose progress in the game if cloud backup is enabled(normally it's enabled by default)

About cloud backup 

If your problem persists after reinstall you can roll back your save game......sadly, you will lose some of your progress in game.
You can find the roll back option in game settings undes "credits".

Hi, I re-installed the game and it didn’t work but after in rolled back it worked again now I remember last time i grabbed the cosmic projector and I couldn’t move now I did it again and now I’m back glued to the ground 😕

Are you at the point, where you get the cosmic projector?

I mean the place where you learn how to use it?

It could be a gameplay related bug or something that's being missed after grabbing the cosmic projector that they may be able to help out with. Yes, contacting Sanzaru is a good idea @TheLegend27 

I just thought....
He mentioned it happened again when he grabbed the cosmic projector.
He is not be able to move if he is in the place where you learn how to use it, until he placed a projection of himself.
That's how I remember the situation.
