I’ve tried logging into my main account using meta.com/device by means of password and conformation code but password says something went wrong and conformation code says my account doesn’t follow the code of conduct, then I created another account and used the code given by my occulus but it says “invalid device code request! Please try again.” I’m thinking of factory resetting my headset. Please help! 🙏
What was the solution. I’m getting a message saying “Ask parent for help by Jan. 23 to see options” then it says “an error occurred, please try again” with a clickable banner saying “Generate an new device code”. I login to the Meta app and nothing is in there I can find to solve.
