I am trying to get Meta support through support@store.metamail.com, but I feel like I am getting stuck in a loop. My Meta Quest Pro doesn't start up at all anymore after a period of inactivity. I created a ticket under the subject "battery issues" as there was no better option to choose.
After following all kinds of actions suggested by support, the Quest Pro still doesn't show any sign of life. Support is now asking me for all kinds of "order" information, which I have supplied, possibly for a recall since I am still under warranty. However, after this, I haven't received any further responses. When I ask for an update, the whole support process starts looping again.
It has now been 10 days since I first initiated the support request. Is there a way I can call someone at support, or can I contact them through any other means?
