Hey @toprak.1315, we want to make sure that we're not telling you to do things that you have already done, can you let us know what, if any, troubleshooting steps you have gone through so far?
Can you also let us know what exactly is happening with your device:
Is a specific app crashing?
If so, what app?
Is the whole device turning off?
What do you see in the headset when this happens?
Do you get an error message, and if so what does it say?
The more information you can provide, the better equipped we will be to help out!
