I'm getting about 112 frames per second in the tiny world demo, but in Tuscany, I'm getting 12. Yes, 12. What are some tips for increasing my frame rate in Tuscany?

I just verified that my frame rate in the sleep alpha remained at roughly 60 frames per second.
I launched Gmod to be extra sure, and the frame rate remained at roughly 60 there as well.
