Auth.oculus problem instagram

Dear Meta Support Team,

 

I previously submitted a support ticket, but the response I received indicated that assistance could only be provided for Oculus-related issues. Unfortunately, my issue remains unresolved.

 

To summarize, in December, I voluntarily deactivated my Instagram account with the intention of reopening it later. However, for the past two weeks, whenever I attempt to reactivate my account, I receive the following message:

“We have suspended your account for violating community guidelines. If you believe this is a mistake, you may appeal.”

 

On the Meta website, my account status still appears as deactivated, but when I attempt to access it, I receive a notification stating that my account has been closed. I am unable to access any appeal form or find a way to submit an appeal.

 

Additionally, I receive a message stating:

“Your account has been suspended. You can appeal by visiting auth.oculus.com.”

However, following this link does not resolve the issue, and the appeal process for Instagram remains inaccessible.

 

I believe this issue may be related to a technical problem I previously encountered with my Oculus device. Four months ago, while my 13-year-old cousin was using my Oculus headset, they mistakenly selected the option indicating they were 13 years old when prompted about their age. As a result, all of my accounts, including Facebook and Instagram, were suspended or deactivated. I quickly realized the mistake and uploaded my identification to resolve the issue, and all of my accounts were restored.

 

I suspect that this may be connected to the current issue, but I am unable to take any action on my end. This appears to be a technical issue beyond my control. Despite having a verified account with a Meta Verified blue badge and paying a monthly subscription fee, I cannot contact customer support or access live assistance.

 

I believe you can assist me with this matter or escalate it to the appropriate team, as I am unable to benefit from Meta Verified features or live support due to my inability to access my account. Although I deactivated my account voluntarily, I am now unable to reactivate it. I trust that you will address this issue.

 

The response I received from my previous support request did not resolve the issue in any way.
