Sorry to bother you, but I wanted to ask if there were any controllers available. I ask because a friend of mine didn’t get his when he bought and I wanted to know if there was some sort of shortage.

Was it second hand? No Oculus headset has come without controllers since the first edition of the 2016 Rift CV1.
Just be aware that if the headset is a Rift CV1, Rift-S, Quest 1 or Go, no controllers are available anymore, they were all discontinued. Only the Quest 2 controllers can be bought as mentioned above, but they are not compatible with the older headsets.
