Today, my Airlink broke again. It's been pretty stable recently so this was disappointing. My headset is still on v30 but my desktop app had updated to v32. Rolling desktop back to v30 has fixed the problem for me.
Assuming one of the biggest tech companies in the world is incapable of keeping two dependent software versions in sync, I suggest you do the same. I've disabled updates on my desltop software and will be keeping it that way until the headset updates.

I maintain some older Oculus clients here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ZC5_jeDcmR1NfT4yrmZ2Y2YW1K-VdEW8?usp=sharing
The README.txt file describes how to replace the files. For step 4, I don't know if that method still works, but another method to prevent client updates is to change the channel name to something non-existent (more info here).

If you are on the public test channel, disable it to roll back. If that doesn't work you'll have to manually roll back by removing some folders from the \Oculus\Support folder and replacing them with older copies from one of the archives that some users maintain. Reddit is a good place to find info.
