Away from Oculus for a couple years, trying to restart.

I've been away from my device for a couple years and I tried to start it up again and none of the games I purchased will load.  I contacted support and they said they sent me an email.  I guess they packed up all my stuff and sent it to me in an email that I don't remember getting, and now they cant reinstall even though I sent them proof of the game titles I had on my device.

@Lenneron  unfortunately  when meta shut down the old Oculus accounts, it was up to the account owner to create an new meta horizons account (yeah, I know it was a complete turd of an idea, as Oculus is still more associated with VR that meta horizons, which could easily be a holiday catalogue)

If you didn't get the email, or haven't yet read the email or haven't created  the holiday catalogue account then all your apps and games are lost.
