I ordered an Oculus Quest 2 and Quest 2 Elite Strap with Battery in October and I've been chasing this through countless avenues since. It has taken so long that under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, Section 62 (Australia, where I am located), they are required by law to provide an immediate refund following my request for one. Instead I've been stonewalled ceaselessly. I absolutely cannot recommend doing business with Oculus. Buyer beware.

Oh wow what does it say for your order when you go to track it?

It hasn't shipped so it can't be tracked. It is still on 'Processing'
Edit: Actually, it is on 'Placed'
