Awful customer support!

I subscribed to an app/game, but my subscription is not activated! So I contacted customer support and they kept passing my case to another supposed agent, after constantly asking me to attach a copy of the purchase confirmation (receipt)! When all they have to do is refund my money or activate my subscription! It has already been more than 3 weeks. If nothing is done I will be filing a lawsuit!
