So, i've built a new pc recently with a 5070 and a ryzen 7 5700x3d with 32 gb of ram, i thought that it would run with a nice quality on my quest 3(i play with link cable) but the image and the fps on the oculus is sooo bad, on my pc it looks great and runs most of the games at 120hz, but on my quest 3, it looks like i'm playing at 30 fps at 720p, can someone pls help me out?

Unfortunately not, it took years for Meta to support Nvidia 4000 cards, and they really did not fully support them, as ASW 2.0 still is broken.

To my knowledge, the last fully supported high-end video card is the RTX 3090 - that's one reason why I have not updated yet.

Meta only cares for the bottom-end Quest standalone hmds, they do not care for PCVR. If you care for PCVR, there are other and better options than Meta hmds.

The 5070 is not supported for Quest 3. Never buy new video cards before Meta supports them:

That said, maybe VD will work - but you hmd and gpu are still unsupported by Meta.
