I have been looking for Horizon Worlds this year but could not find it in the list of apps or the store. When I used the Meta Horizon app and selected to join a world instead I see a partially blocked error message:
"Your account is restricted right now, due to several violations against our Conduct in VR Experiences policy, you can't access Meta Horizon Worlds - For more details about this, please c...."
However, I never played Horizons Worlds before, nor did I receive any messaging around violating anything. I suspect this error is... in error. How do I get access?
I am in the Netherlands, where the product according to Meta should be available.
It's doing it to me too for no reason. Horizon works fine with the same account when using it on the Quest. I have sent emails and screenshots and Meta can't figure it out. It's really ridiculous. Customer service is awful.
