I got my quest 3 a couple of days ago and had several issues with it, the elite strap didnt charge the headset, it wouldnt update so i couldn't play anything, and the bar menu wouldnt load and i only had access to the store.
I solved the "update issue" by sideloading the update using meta's pc update tool
I solved the strap issue by removing it and cleaning(???) everywhere where there might be a sensor
But i cant find a solution to not having access to the bar menu, i found work arounds to get to options and stuff like that (for example if you click search in the store you get a keyboard , said keyboard has a settings button wich gives you acess to a bunch of stuff like airlink and other stuff)
I contacted support and they told me the basic ones like factory reseting, hard rebooting and so on, but none of them helped.
So does anybody know what can I do??
I was wondering if there's anyway I can install older firmware too see if it solves it and then update.
But im realizing that I can enable USB transfer because I dont have access to the notifications i con

Ok, I'll contact again tomorrow, but they already told me they can't send a replacement beacuse my country is not supported. Thank you for answering.
