My batman shadow crashed then when clicking restore, new version downloaded with new saves, It asks me to create new game, I can't see my old save in and I have over 10 hour there, long past blackgate prison, can I get my saves back please? I'm sure there are somewhere on the cloud.... The fact that I even have to send such message is ridiculous, I never had the same problem with steam/epic/ubisoft etc
