I started up my quest 2 and noticed that there is a burned on image of the low battery symbol on the lens. Can someone tell me if there is a fix?
Below is the photo of it it was taken with my phone camera on the right lend. (It shows up on both lenses.)

There are two main things that can happen to LCD screens (and they look similar): image retention and burn in.
If its image retention, it may fade away with use.
If it's burn in, there's no fix, it's permanent (the LCD material has become polarised and can't switch anymore).
I've had multiple Meta headsets get image retention, but luckily it always faded away within 10min or so. But I've had monitors get permanent burn in.

Hey there, @iiTexas_Lead! We definitely want for you to enjoy your time in VR, and that can be hard to do with a ghostly battery staring you down constantly! We would recommend first going through a reboot:
If you still see the image on-screen, go ahead and backup all of your app data and go through a factory reset.
If after all that, the image is still showing, please hit us up in a PM and we'll see what your options are going forward.

Nice.
I've had a few panic moments where I thought I'd burned the screen because the head strap sunk down and triggered the face sensor, keeping the headset from powering off. It happened just a week ago on my Quest three. But playing Pistol Whip for a while and it faded away.

Hi, I'm having the same problem and I did all the steps and nothing changed, would it be possible to replace the product or arrange a repair with some additional payment?

So depending on what the warranty covers you could possibly. But after I used it for several minutes it would go away. But I will tell you that it took several hour for mine to go away. But finally went away. If it still there I would contact meta customer service to see if your warranty will cover it. If you still have warranty.
