Battery life and replacement

Hello, I think I overused my quest 2 the last year 😛 
Battery life is less than an hour for me already, is it possible to replace it?

Unfortunately, the warranty would not be able to cover any items that are lost. I would be happy to provide you with this link, which further explains the warranty guidelines, as well as the section which explains what the warranty is not able to cover here. You would need to see about purchasing a replacement charger instead.

I have tried these solutions and my VR quest 2 is still not working. The battery does not charge.

Hey, @Keke0298 and @Aidbot100! We know how sad you must have been when you realized that your Quest 2's battery did not charge even after attempting the posted troubleshooting. We want to get you back to VR gaming as soon as possible.

We would like for you to attempt the following:

• Remove the facial interface and plug the headset into charge
• Attempt to charge the headset using a different charging cable, power adapter and wall outlet
• If using an Elite Strap with Battery, remove the Elite Strap and charge the headset only.
