Hey, I bought my headset about three weeks ago, and I’ve noticed my headset battery seems to drop to 0 in around an hour to an hour and a half, even with the strap battery plugged in to it, is there something defective? I’ve made sure to follow all the recommended battery extension steps. Any help would be great!

It sounds like a problem with the external battery, or its charging state.
