Battery percentage incorrect

My headset battery percentage in the headset says it's 0%, but it was charging for a a entire night and has a lot of battery in it. All the apps say that battery is low and the battery light on the side of the headset blinks red, and sometimes blinks blue/pink.

Found a different fix: Go into the USB Update Menu, then select Boot Device. It seemed to fix the issue.

Hey there, @null0001. We can definitely understand how concerning it would be for your headset to not charge properly, and we'd be glad to look into this for you! Have you tried charging the headset from a different outlet, and/or using a different charging cable?

Sorry about taking a while to reply. You fix hasn't worked yet and it still displays 0%.

Thanks for getting back to us! Let's try out a factory reset and see if that helps at all. If it doesn't, just let us know and we'll begin looking into your available warranty options. The steps for a factory reset are listed below: 

From the Headset:
 

  • Power off the headset.
  • Press and hold volume down & Power.
  • This will boot into the USB Update Mode menu.
  • Press volume button to move selection, press power button to make the selection.
  • Navigate to Factory Reset and press the Power button.
  • The device should now begin the Factory Reset process.

Headset shows green lught indicating its full charged but the app still shows on orange

In app it showing 15% when the headser is fully charged
