Hey there, @Turk10! We noticed that you are reaching out because you are experiencing some charging issues with your Meta Quest 2. We know how important it is to be able to get into the fun world of VR and how having to deal with this can hinder that experience, so we'd love to help you get this issue sorted out as quickly as possible! We'd like to provide a few troubleshooting steps for you that we believe may be beneficial.
Test with a known good cable, power adapter, and power source.
Test a third-party adapter with the quest cable to rule out an adapter issue
Test a third-party cable with the quest adapter to rule out a cable issue
Leave to charge for 2-3 hours to ensure the headset is fully charged
Hold down the power button for at least 30 seconds to allow it to turn on.
If you were unable to see an LED light previously, does the LED light up after performing any of the above steps?
