I deleted Beat Saber right after my son gave it to me in 2021 because it was too difficult for me at that time. Now in my 70's with more time, I'd like to try it again but Meta claims they have no record of the gift, yet when I turn on my Oculus it says my son and I both have it but the game continues to ask me to pay for it when it was a gift. Please Help! I can find no telephone number to get this resolved. I think I originally used my real name and changed it when I found it was not safe for a female. Don't seem to recall what email I used at the original registration when I changed my name. I have the original oculus.

Hi @OonaShanley 🙂
Did I understand you correctly? You are registered now with a different name and email address than the one you had when your son gifted you the game?
I'm asking because the games are tied to the account(name/email) not to a person or device.
If you created a new account Meta can't find anything that was gifted to you.
Meta has no phone support but you can send a PM @MetaQuestSupport here on forum
Click on the name to visit their profile page, then click the blue "send a message" button
Maybe they can help sort this out.
Good luck!🤞
