I am at my wits end with this. I always seem to end up with the faulty products SMH.
Purchased Beat Saber on MQ2. Stuck at language selection screen. Won't register that im clicking. Have seen others with the same issue on various forums and the issue is never resolved. Have done all recommended troubleshooting e.g. uninstall/reinstall of BS, recalibration/re-pairing of controlleres, new batteries etc.
The closest thing Ive seen to an explaination is that the right controller isnt registering "full clicks" and the parts need to be sent back and replaced. This was already a second hand purchase and the postage was a whole other drama I'd rather not delve into for the sake of my blood pressure 😒
The idea of sending this back for repair or replacement all the way from New Zealand and likely wait 1-2 months for its return is ridiculous. Why is there no remote fix for this issue yet?

Before even thinking about sending back the controllers.....have you tried if your controllers work in other games/apps??
If the problem only occurs in beat saber, the controllers are most likely not faulty.
Maybe then a factory reset of the headset may solve the problem?

Hey @aaron.returns! We're hoping to help overcome some these challenges you're experiencing so you can get to playing Beat Saber! @Choleni has a great suggestion, though usually Factory reset is our last resort. Checking other games is a great start though, because if it's only on Beat Saber, it's a Beat Saber challenge and not the controller itself. A few other things you can try:
