For the past few months while playing bear saber on my occulus 2 , it will kick me out of songs whether it's solo or online play with level failed, screen goes black, my boundary and foot prints are moved. Sometimes I have to turn the occulus off because it won't register the controllers. I have never modified or attempted to, and update according to schedule. I have had a tech check my internet connection and made sure I have enough to run said game. I have deleted and downloaded several times to fix error. Beat saber is the only game this happens in. I have purchased every music pack and play quite often as this is the main title I play, so this makes it extra frustrating. We also have 3 occulus 3s that it doesn't seem to be happening on. My occulus 2 was traded in for a brand new device Nov 2023. The problem started in February 2024. Please help.
Linked to pc: If playing linked with a cable, a faulty cable can cause that issue.
Standalone: Since you've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game without luck, you maybe should do a factory reset of the headset and see if that fix your problem.
