Been waiting for over a month for a shipping label

So i have been approuved for a warrenty exchange for my left controller there was a massive mix up on meta side because i had to send my serial number and all that info 7 times before they actually started to do something and i have done this since 28 of february they said i just need to receive my shipping label  its the 24 of march still nothing i keep messaging neta they just say there is no update on my shipping label and thanks for my patience like seriously?? Its been almost a month and no one is helping me is this normal meta customer service? Please just send me my left controller i want to play again my vr is only a few month old its getting really redicoulus and kinda sad that im not getting no help what so ever i even took around 12 times to contact them its getting to be a waste of time for me and for meta for all the hours lost on this and no advancement
