Big mistake! Quest 2

So my daughter an I, logged out self out the app and the head set so had to factory rest everything but now it'd coming up o  the head set with a 5 digit letter code and won't  let us carry on with anything. It's even linked back up with the mobile app.   HELP

Having the same issue. I have been talking to, so called, customer support for 2 days. All i got was 'try changing your batteries'. If you are under warranty you might get lucky and get a replacement for the controllers they rendered useless with this factory reset gimmick. I told them i wasn't buying any new controller and they closed my ticket, some support eh? Hope you get better outcome. Good luck. Looks like my kit is going in the trash.
