Trying to make a purchase in big scary for my son who is using a supervised account.
When clicking the buy button in game it says permission is needed and a notification goes to my horizon app. I approve the request and attempt to purchase the add-on in the horizon app but I get the error message;
"this item cannot be purchased here. try purchasing it in the app."
I asii am in the app mentioned so wondering what could be causing the issue?
