I have just come off chat support and am angry to learn that the Black Friday sale is available to "randomly selected customers" and is not available to me. This despite the sale being advertised on https://www.meta.com/gb/quest/gaming/ .
Also, I am told that Meta does not have the facility for customers to take complaints, although I am encouraged to post on this forum.
Are these two statements accurate and in line with Meta's policies? I find both of these statements astonishing when I consider how long I have been a Quest customer, having owned a Go, Quest 2 and now Quest 3. This makes me think twice about investing any more money on a platform on a platform that treats its customers in this way. Can you imagine Steam or Xbox doing this?!
