Uninstall Oculus software
Go into device manager and uninstall the USB 3.0 Superhub and check the box to delete the driver
Go into appdata and look in all folders and delete anything oculus related.
Unplug the headset from the computer
reboot the computer
Reinstall oculus home (as a brand new setup--don't plug in your headset until it tells you to.
