I have had the same issue for over a month. I’ve shut down, restarted, deleted, reinstalled etc, all to no avail. I contacted the App developer and never got a response. When you launch the game you have to accept the terms of service. After you do that the screen goes black. The game is still running but you can see anything. There is sound and you can hear yourself moving around. Always requires acceptance of service terms and then black screen. Please help…. My gorilla tag tickets from Another Axiom are 11653 and 13668.
I use steam vr and this started happening for no reason i didint even mess with any files i just was using bark mod menu and my game crashed and i rejoined and then it just went black screen but on my computer screen it was working fine
Everytime I open gorilla tag I see the monkey logo and get into the game I can even hear the forest noise but my screen is black and when I put my hands down I don't hear a noise or feel a vibration but I can see my nametag! I am to scared to uninstall and reinstall because I don't wanna lose all of my cosmetics what do I do?@ links to members
My daughter and I like to play Gorilla tag on our quest 3. As of a few days ago when we try to join it goes to a black screen but you can hear nature noises. I have cleared the storage, deleted, and reinstalled the app. I’ve also did a hard reset on it. How do I fix this issue? This has become very aggravating for us.
