Black Screen with 3 dots and sensor can't track headset

Recently I've had an issue with my Oculus where I get a black screen with 3 dots it was working fine a week before but all of a sudden this happened

PC Specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor 3.40 GHz

Radeon RX 5600

16 GB DDR4 2666 MHZ RAM (2x8 GB)

windows 10 pro, os build 19044.1706

Steps I've taken to fix the issue:

- unplug both USB and display port cables, wait a bit and plug back in

- restart oculus software, including OVR service

- disable and enable camera access for apps in windows privacy settings

- install windows updates and restart PC

- switching to testing channel in oculus software letting it update, test and go back to standard (several times)

- trying all USB ports

- repairing oculus software

- uninstalling oculus software and installing again
- Reseat USB cable from the PC

- Reseat cable from the headset

- Reboot the PC

- Open device manager

  1. Go to Universal serial bus controllers
  2. Uninstall/remove the Rift S sensor items listed.
  3. Once removed; click scan for hardware changes at the top of device manager and wait a few minutes for the items removed to come back.
