Black screen (Brand new oculus)

I bought the ocolus rift s today and tried to install it. Once the system indicated that both cables were connected I went to confirguration. I have a black screen all the time and don't know how to solve this. My specifications of my computer are: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7500 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40 GHz , 16.0 GB RAM,

For me, changing the virtual memory settings helped https://www.tomshardware.com/news/how-to-manage-virtual-memory-pagefile-windows-10,36929.html I changed it to system managed for both of my drives(i install games to D-drive). I was finally able to play asgard's wrath without the  black screen issue.

dind't worked :(. can the problem be that i only have 1 graphic card instead of 2 or is that not a problem at all ?
