Dear Meta Support Team,
I am reaching out for assistance regarding my Meta Quest 3, which has been experiencing significant issues. After a factory reset and allowing the device to dry out completely, I am still encountering the following problems:
1. Black Screen: After the initial logo appears during startup, the screen goes black and does not display any content.
2. Tracking Issues: The headset does not track my movements accurately, and the controllers are not detected at all.
I have ensured that there are no obstructions to the proximity sensor, and I have tried various troubleshooting steps, including power cycling the device and checking for firmware updates. However, these efforts have not resolved the issues.
Given these persistent problems, I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed. Is there a possibility of repair or replacement under warranty? Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I have send you 3 messages already with my details. And I only receive back question if my issue has been resolved yet or if I need more help. The issue hasn’t been resolved. I have send you multiple messages with details and the problem. Can you still help me with this ?
