Black screen when loading into games

Hello, I'm having issues loading into my games walkabout golf and Arizona sunrise 2. Everytime I try to load in I get three white dots and the game just goes into a black screen. No sound, no picture, just a black screen, my controllers don’t even come up on the screen. I’ve tried the power button and the volume down button to get the boot menu but nothing is working. Please help.

If the problem only occurs with two games, you should try if uninstalling and reinstalling those games fixes the problem.

I am running into the same issue right now. I have tried this several times uninstalling and reinstalling my app but no one on my channel is able to go into the app. They get a black screen with two dots.
