Hello, I'm having issues loading into my games walkabout golf and Arizona sunrise 2. Everytime I try to load in I get three white dots and the game just goes into a black screen. No sound, no picture, just a black screen, my controllers don’t even come up on the screen. I’ve tried the power button and the volume down button to get the boot menu but nothing is working. Please help.

Firstly, we would suggest trying the step @Choleni suggested by uninstalling and reinstalling those two games if they are the only ones experiencing this issue.
