Black screen with oculus link (quest 1) after nvidia update

Hi, I get the black screen with the 3 white dots when I try to connect with the link.

In fact beat saber wasn't working (big lag) so I did the last nvidia update, restarted the pc and now it doesn't work at all.

I found this on reddit:

  • Make
sure you're using the v14 PTC Software for PC and that you've updated
the Drivers as requested by the PC Software after installing it.

  • Unplug your Oculus Quest from your PC.

  • Open OculusDebugTool.exe (by default, in C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-diagnostics)

  • Under the Oculus Link section make sure that "Encode Resolution Width" is set to 2784 or less.

  • Reboot your PC.

  • Reboot your Oculus Quest.

  • Plug your Oculus Quest in to your PC.

  • When the Enable Link? Popup shows, click Enable and it should now actually work.

But it doesn't work
(I tried to see also for the nvidia overlay but it was already disabled. )

If it helps, I'm on windows 10, rtx 2080s, i7 9700k, 16 gb ram,
The oculus app is updated as well as my quest and my graphic
card.
I tried to reboot my pc several times as well as my quest.
I also tried to activate the beta update to see if it changes anything.
I am using the official oculus cable
I don't see what else to do.
