Idk what’s going on but randomly my screen goes black completely and I can’t even see the screen to shut off and it’s maybe 5-10 minutes into playing and if I don’t play anything it’s fine but if I play any game then it goes black and I can’t even hear a thing and practically black screens and I can’t do anything.and idk how to fix it or something
@Kingslayer15555 have you got an aftermarket facial interface and what headstrap are you using?
If the headset is too loose on the face then the proximity sensor cant work and the headset goes to sleep. Try pushing the headset firmly into your face if it happens again. And tighten the headstrap up a little.

I have the elite strap and it’s set right but it goes black where you can’t see or do anything
