Hello, my oculus has turned to a black screen. I’m tryin to do things but I can my see nothing even when I try to reset it. I have not used this and it’s just weird that it turned black when it just sits in the case.

Device model (Quest 1, Quest 2, Rift, Rift S, etc.)
Is this when using the headset standalone or when connected to the PC?
Has the device been dropped?
Do you see any status lights on the side of the headset? If so what color is it?
What troubleshooting have you done? We don't want to have you repeat steps.
