Blank Screen like the app is no longer there

my oculus go has been used a total of about 5 or 6 times since I've owned it and the last couple times I've tried it when I press the oculus button to enter vr I just get an almost black screen until it times out...been factory reset twice...any help would be greatly appreciated...also Bluetooth says it can't connect

It seems like your Oculus Go might be having connectivity or software issues. Try fully charging the headset, checking for firmware updates, and re-pairing the controller through Bluetooth. 

If factory resets did not help, restart your phone and ensure no other devices interfere with Bluetooth. If the issue persists, it may be a hardware problem, and contacting Oculus Support could be the best next step.
