....and yes, I have it set on extended mode. I've scoured the net and appear to be the only soul with this problem. Tried everything....switching it to direct mode (just to see), then back to extended, changed the oculus to be my main display, changed it back again, restarted the computer, unplugged the rift....nothing. I'm dying to play this game as everyone is stating it's one of the best experiences you can have in the DK2 and yet again, the rift causes some grief. Been at it over an hour and a half now. Still the damn oculus setting in the Blazerush game is greyed out. :x
I really hope it's an embarrassingly easy fix rather than some major problem. THere literally is nobody else on the internet with the same problem. I hope by Q1 2016, this sucker is plug and play.

Apologies for the necro thread revival but as I have not seen a specific answer, I thought I'd check if the OP or others have found a solution. I seem to be having the same issue; Using SDK 0.6.1 in extended mode but BlazeRush doesn't seem to be able to notice the Oculus rift
