Yes this is an ongoing problem, not being able to login to my account, and it was cleared

Do you have two Oculus accounts? What do you mean cleared? Was all of your content, apps and games missing? You've mentioned you needed refunds. What do you need refunded?

The old account had games on it and it was closed. I created a new one and I want to transfer games to it
