Blue Screen of Death. Runtime 7, on Windows 7

Hello, 
I hope someone can help, I have just re-formatted my machine to clean house, and now suffering a Blue Screen of Death every time I try and use the Rift. I have had a DK2 for about 16 months now and it was running fine before (I solely use it for FlightSim P3D with the awesome flyinside software).
I did not change any of my hardware at all in my box but for the life of me I cannot get it working, when I try and run the "Demo Scene" from the Utility this is when it crashes.

I installed the AMD Catalyst 15.11.1 as recommended with some people having issues but to joy. I am not sure if someone can offer a suggestion? I am missing my Rift for sure!

Here are my box specs:
 
Intel i5-4670K CPU @3.40Ghz
AMD Radeon R9 200 Series 4GB
8.00 GB Memory
Win 7 - 64bit
Oculus DK2

I have updated to Runtime 8, and I not sure if this is the issue but thankfully all appears to be working fantastic now.
So case closed, sorry to have been a bother.
