I left feedback on the article that no compatible gamepads are listed. I've tried to use the Xbox controller that came with my original Rift, but it doesn't appear in the device scan 😕 Do we have a list of compatible gamepads so far?

Xbox One X or Xbox One S controllers are bluetooth enabled and these work. Not the older Xbox One controllers as you discovered.

 I beginning to suspect this is more likely related to the recent Oreo update for my Razer Phone.

The original Xbox One gamepad (the one that came with Rift) does not work with Go or Android in general.
