I downloaded ps remote play I did everything ok it works when I connect it to my ps4 but when I connect my DualShock controller to the quest and I go to the ps remote play app the controller does not work even though I did everything there is

It's always frustrating when our devices don't work as they are supposed to but don't worry, we'll give you all the assistance possible with this. In order to resolve the issue with your Bluetooth to your controller, please see the below troubleshoot steps that should resolve the problem:
Restart the headset and the host device (this would be your controller)
Try to sync the headset to another host device, ie: your smartphone, then attempt to reconnect to your controller
Try to sync a different device than the headset to the host device, ie: a computer
Remove any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect communication (such as headset covers, etc.)
Please attempt these troubleshoots to get your controller connected to your Quest. Should the issue continue to persist, please don't hesitate to reach out to us again for support!
