Bluetooth impossible to turn on

I turned off Bluetooth on my meta quest 2 and all the options and toggles on Bluetooth screen disappeared. now it's completely empty like on the screenshot and impossible to turn it back on. please, don't suggest factory reset. I know it's an option but I just did one and not in the mood for another. is there a way to fix it without it? is there global settings reset or something? image.png

Since you have already tried a factory reset and the issue remains, we want you to try a hard reboot and make sure the Bluetooth is on for the additional device. i ended up doing another factory reset since there's no other solution
