Hello everybody! We are having a problem playing bone lab. When we turn the game on the screen is black with three dots and it never loads. We have tried rebooting it and re-downloading it, nothing is working. Any solutions here?

We start with ensuring the headset has been fully charged and connecting to the correct network. Are you using a dual-band router, and have you also tried restarting your network?
